Please be advised that guests will need to come in to the office at a separate location in order to check in and collect the keys for the apartment.

The cardholder must be present at the time of check-in. All guests must be aged 25 years or older. Check-in times are between 15:00 and 23:00 at the office. Alternative arrangement can be made for all check-ins after this time, but they will incur a fee of GBP 20 and must be arrange at least 24 hours prior to check-in. The office is situated in Hudson Gardens, and all keys must be collected from there, and returned there upon check out. Please be advised that cash, Visa Electron, Solo or Laser cards are not accepted as a method of payment or for a pre-authorisation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform Base Serviced Apartments - East Village in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Parking is subject to availability due to limited spaces. This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. This property is located in a residential area and guests are asked to refrain from excessive noise.
